Creating a better experience for all

As pet owners and experienced professionals, we understand the need for a convenient, simple, and comfortable service for both pet owners and referring vets. Our surgeons will speak directly to referring vets, eliminating complex forms and bureaucracy. Just pick up the phone or send an email – we’ll handle the rest. We use PetsApp to keep owners updated and to address any post-op questions or concerns directly. You can even scrub in with us when you refer a case. We’re dedicated to making the process easy and stress-free for everyone involved.

Testimonials

Lots of our clients and the vets we work with think we’re making pet surgery feel better. We’re really proud of this. Take a look at what they have to say about us.

“I met Stuart during the Kyon THR courses and  it was always a great pleasure to work together. I appreciate his high level of  competence in joint replacement surgery, the great attitude to teach and his friendship”

Prof. Bruno Peirone

“What sets him apart from the rest is his incredible drive, surgical skill and talent, combined with humour and honesty. I have never known anyone as committed not only to the welfare of his patients, but also the unwavering customer care he offers both to clients and referring vets.”

Mr. Mark Harrison | Director Sandbeck Vets

“He is the only veterinary referral surgeon I will use. Arrogance is not in his nature. Humble, hard working and caring are. Stuart understands the limitations and difficulties of first opinion practice and is always supportive and encouraging.”

Mr. Graham Barlow | Director Forest HouseVets Knaresborough

“After years of struggling with impostor syndrome, Stuart’s continuous support is an invaluable asset for me to continue to move forward in the surgical field keeping my stress levels down. His advice is clear, honest and completely applicable to practice. ”

Dr. Eugenio Soler Alcaraz | Freelance Surgeon

“I have known Rob for the past six years and have had the great pleasure of working alongside him clinically.  Rob is a caring and meticulous surgeon with a great passion for his patients.  His commitment to performing surgery to the highest of standards whilst making care accessible to a wider client audience is inspirational.  I know he cares deeply for all the animals under his care and would absolutely trust him to take care of my own animals.”

Rachel Hattersley BVetMed(Hons) CertSAS DECVS MRCVS | Specialist Surgeon

“Rob is one of a very rare breed of Specialists that manage to combine being universally approachable with being incredibly knowledgeable, whilst at the same time maintaining the pragmatism and humility seen more often in our first opinion colleagues.  These qualities mean that working with him is an absolute breeze. Rob is always thorough with his advice, he never makes you feel small for asking questions, and has the real world experience to be able to deal with the wide range of financial and clinical situations.  This means that he is able to see a way to offer each case the best plan tailored to each family's own requirements, a skill that we as visiting surgeons, and our client practices and patient families really value.”
